Open House

Our beautiful new full-building remodel is complete, and to celebrate the makeover to our home, we hosted an open house this past week. The event had a Parisian flair, and to complement the theme, wonderful French cuisine was served, including fresh salads, croissants, cheeses, and pastries. As guests walked the building to see the new improvements, residents were busy doing various activities. Some participated in art projects where they decorated magnetic picture frames or constructed fabric flowers, while others helped bake desserts and listened to a live harpist. Some of the improvements our
building received include new hardwood floors and carpet, fresh paint, and new curtains and furniture. Additionally we now have several themed stations for our residents to enjoy including a baby doll station, a work bench with tools, and a cooking station. Stop by soon to see our new-and-improved home!

The Old Wild West at Louisville

On the 11th of January, residents, families, and staff here at Juniper put on their boots and cowboy hats and enjoyed a rootin-tootin' good time as the building was transformed into the Old Wild West. Everyone enjoyed the live country music and a chance to kick up their heels.  After the dancing, everyone indulged in a bowl of chili and a baked potato with all the fixings.

There was an opportunity for all to dress up in Old Wild West gear and pose in our very own saloon! Cowboy Bruce enjoys his cold root beer and toasts a cheer to his fellow mates. The staff really enjoyed the night as well, all dressed up in their authentic cowboy gear.  What a way to Celebrate New Beginnings in true Colorado style!
